For travel agencies
For travel agencies we make the ground arrangements in two destinations, Georgia and China. Every enquiry is answered in writing, with a day-by-day itinerary and a quotation.

What we arrange for agencies
Three lines of ground arrangements. Each one names the company that carries it out and says how far the work has got.
- Georgia, for guests from the Gulf Run from Tbilisi by High Way Travel and Tourism LLC. Three draft itineraries are published, without prices. An agency can send its dates and the size of the party, and we reply with what can be arranged. Draft itineraries publishedDraft itineraries published, in Chinese
- Georgia, for guests from China Also run from Tbilisi by High Way Travel and Tourism LLC, and planned separately from the Gulf itineraries, because visas, flights, meals and payment differ. Enquiries can be sent in Chinese. Draft itineraries publishedDraft itineraries published, in Chinese
- China, for guests from the Gulf Arranged from Dubai by Highway New Time. The private trips completed since 2025 were all for guests from the UAE.Since August 2025 we have also handled single services in China: airport transfers, hotel bookings and theme-park days. See the full record
Receiving guests from China in the UAE is the work of the group’s parent company, HIGH WAY TRAVEL & TOURISM L.L.C. It is not a Highway New Time service.
How it works
Five steps, from the first message to the trip itself. Whatever matters is put in writing.
- 1
Enquiry
Send us the destination, the dates, the number of travellers and the hotel category, by email or on WhatsApp.
- 2
Quotation
We reply in writing with a day-by-day itinerary and a quotation.
For China, quotations are sent within 24 hours on working days.
- 3
Confirmation
You confirm the itinerary and the quotation in writing. The contract is then signed with the company named on the quotation.
- 4
Payment
Payment goes to the account named on the quotation, on the dates set by the quotation and the contract. Before paying, check the name of the payee against the quotation.
- 5
The trip
The trip follows the confirmed itinerary. Trips in Georgia are run by the Tbilisi company; trips in China are arranged by Highway New Time. If something needs attention while the guests are travelling, write to Highway New Time in Dubai.
Who signs and who is paid
The quotation and the contract decide. Every quotation names the company that signs the contract and the account that receives payment.
