- Highway New Time arranges private trips to China from Dubai, with completed trips on record since 2025. It also handles single services in China: airport transfers, hotel bookings and theme-park days. Trips to Georgia are the work of the group’s company in Tbilisi; five draft itineraries are published and no trip has run yet.
- For whom
- The China trips are for guests from the Gulf; every trip completed so far was for guests from the UAE. The Georgia itineraries are prepared in two sets, one for guests from the Gulf and one for guests from China. Travel agencies can send us enquiries for both destinations.
- Where

How the three companies relate
HIGHWAY NEW TIME TOURISM L.L.C is wholly owned by HIGH WAY TRAVEL & TOURISM L.L.C, the parent company of the High Way group, established in Dubai in 2010. On 28 September 2026 the group registered High Way Travel and Tourism LLC in Tbilisi. Highway New Time and the Tbilisi company belong to the same group; neither owns the other.

- Heritage Home Guest House stands in Dubai’s old town, within walking distance of museums and open-air markets and close to bus and metro stops.

- Dubai company
- Trakhees is the regulatory arm of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) in Dubai, and the authority that issued the licence. We send a copy of the licence on request.
- Tbilisi company
- Open the public register of the National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia and search for identification code 404832142.Check in the public register (opens in a new window)
For travel agencies
Agencies can send us enquiries for Georgia and for China. We reply in writing with a day-by-day itinerary and a quotation. Every quotation names the company that signs the contract and the account that receives payment.
