Business Travel and Exhibitions in China

Highway New Time organises trade-fair visits, exhibitor packages and company-visit programmes in China for businesses and delegations from the UAE and the Gulf. We cover the whole trip: which fair to attend and when, booth reservation, a day-by-day schedule that combines the exhibition with supplier meetings and site visits, Arabic–Chinese business interpreters, and the logistics of getting exhibits to the venue. Hotels, meals and transport follow the same halal-aware standard as all our programmes.

Exhibition information

We collect and circulate the dates, venues and exhibitor profiles of trade fairs across China, so that clients can decide early which events fit their sourcing or sales plans. Tell us your industry and we will send the relevant fair calendar and a short note on what each event covers.

Booth reservation for exhibitors

For companies exhibiting rather than visiting, we handle booth reservation with the organiser, advise on location within the hall, and confirm the allocation in writing. We work with exhibition organisers as partners, which gives our clients a platform for both exhibiting and business matching.

Exhibition itineraries

Each trip is planned around the fair days: arrival and registration, time on the exhibition floor, scheduled business negotiations, and visits to factories or partner companies outside the venue. The aim is to make every day in China productive rather than leaving meetings to chance.

Business translation

Our translation team works in Arabic and Chinese and provides professional business interpreters for negotiations, factory visits and contract discussions. Guides accompanying the group are also familiar with Chinese business practice and Muslim customs.

Exhibit logistics

We provide logistics support for exhibits and samples, ensuring they are delivered to the exhibition site safely and on time, and coordinate with the venue on delivery windows so that set-up runs to schedule.

Company visits and business delegations

Alongside trade fairs, we arrange business-investigation and official-visit programmes for companies and trade delegations, and enterprise visits as part of study tours. In 2026 corporate visits are one of our two priority areas alongside study tours, with ground partners in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Chongqing, Yunnan and Heilongjiang.

The packaged version includes hotel, all ground transport, tours and sightseeing, taxes and service charges, with meals at halal restaurants in Guangzhou such as Sultan, Antalya Turkish Restaurant and Baghdad Restaurant. International flights and visa handling can be added. The same structure can be rebuilt around a specific trade fair, with market days replaced by exhibition days and supplier meetings.
